Instructions of installing refractory bricks
employing the installer
Continue to start the jointing process for 7-10 days until the air penetrates the back of the brick and the mortar behind it is dry. This is a very important point. The jointing properties should be soft and not rough. You should put the mortar on the pen and place it in the bricks and put it together.
Before the jointing stage, it should be said to the jointer that it will use all its precision and do not remove the mortar joint on the brick surface, as it will not be removed. Also, you need to trim a square meter of the corners of the work in different colors to choose the right color for matching your taste and also see if the performance of the jointer is acceptable.
For general cleaning of the building after the completion of the jointing, hold for 2-3 days and allow the strap to dry. Do not immerse the building in any way for cleaning. It is advisable to use a frill (wooly brush, not wire brush or gunny sack) and a skilled worker for cleaning. The worker needs to grind the wood in the water and clean the bricks from the top to the bottom of the row to the row (the act like to wax).
If you recall the above tips at the beginning of each part of the work, you should have a clear view of the building
Efflorescence of the building
It should be noted at the outset that the results of the standard tests show that the bricks themselves are free from soluble salts, which are the main cause of efflorescence. So the bricks do not turn white from efflorescence themselves. To check the validity of this claim, you can do a brick in the water and do it 2-3 times a week and allow the brick to be exposed to dry air. In this case, you will see that the bricks do not efflorescence. Efflorescence is formed solely by the use of cement behind the reels and we do not know which cement is less efflorescence. It is recommended to use twice washed sand to prepare whitewash.
If you still observe the dandruff on the building’s facade, despite of the tips above, never wash them with water. Washing with water will make the situation worse. The best way to clean the surfaces is by using a soft and dry lint. Dandruff gradually disappears. This process will be faster in the summer than in the winter. Finally, if you observe lots of efflorescence, you can use it with white vinegar or salt in water diluted 1 to 9 with hair brush. No need to use resin. If you were advised to use a resin, you should apply the resin after dipping. Otherwise, the surface of the brick will be moldy.
In recent years, self-cleaning materials (Nano) have been released to prevent moisture and dust from entering the bricks. In some projects, in order to eliminate efflorescence and cement poured onto the brickyard, Nano products are applied to the facade of the building using a spray or brush. In fact, Nano products only prevent the penetration of water and dust into the bricks and have no effect on the elimination of efflorescence.
We think the quality and you are our cooperator in this respect and we would be glad from your criticism aimed at improve the quality.
The best product you can choose for your own facade!
