Tonnage and Area Calculation

Instruction for Calculation of Plaque Bricks (Square Meters) L Bricks (Meters Long)

How to calculate 1 square meters brick plaque

I 7cm x 32cm I

Calculating number of bricks:
Each 38 molds with joints are about one square meter.

To calculate, first multiply the area by 38 and divide the product into the number of bricks in the carton.

Example for 100 square meters:

I) 3800 molds divided into 20 pieces in cartons equal to 190 cartons.

So 100 square meters multiplied by 38 equals with 3800 molds.

Calculate the weight:
By multiplying the number of brick molds required per weight of each mold, the weight of the bricks used is calculated per 100 square meters.

Example for 100 square meters:

II) 3800 * 950 grams equals 3610 kg.

How to calculate 1 square meters brick plaque

I 5.5cm x 26cm I

Calculating number of bricks:
Each 57 molds with joints are about one square meter.

To calculate, first multiply the area by 57 and divide the product into the number of bricks in the carton.

Example for 100 square meters:

I) 5700 molds divided into 39 pieces in cartons equal to 146.5 cartons.

So 100 square meters multiplied by 57 equals with 5700 molds.

Calculate the weight:
By multiplying the number of brick molds required per weight of each mold, the weight of the bricks used is calculated per 100 square meters.

Example for 100 square meters:

II) 5700 * 560 grams equals 3192 kg.

How to calculate 1 square meters brick plaque

I 7.5cm x 25cm I

Calculating number of bricks:
Each 45 molds with joints are about one square meter.

To calculate, first multiply the area by 45 and divide the product into the number of bricks in the carton.

Example for 100 square meters:

I) 4500 molds divided into 30 pieces in cartons equal to 150 cartons.

So 100 square meters multiplied by 45 equals with 4500 molds.

Calculate the weight:
By multiplying the number of brick molds required per weight of each mold, the weight of the bricks used is calculated per 100 square meters.

Example for 100 square meters:

II) 4500 * 820 grams equals 3690 kg.

How to calculate 1 square meters brick plaque

I 5.5cm x 20cm I

Calculating number of bricks:
Each 76 molds with joints are about one square meter.

To calculate, first multiply the area by 76 and divide the product into the number of bricks in the carton.

Example for 100 square meters:

I) 7600 molds divided into 52 pieces in cartons equal to 146.5 cartons.

So 100 square meters multiplied by 76 equals with 7600 molds.

Calculate the weight:
By multiplying the number of brick molds required per weight of each mold, the weight of the bricks used is calculated per 100 square meters.

Example for 100 square meters:

II) 3344 * 440 grams equals 7644 kg.

How to calculate 1 meter length of brick bricks

I L 7 cm I

Calculating number of bricks:
Each 14 molds with joints are 1 meter long.

To calculate, first repeat the area in 14 times and divide the amount into the number of bricks in the carton.

Example for 100 meters long:

I) 1400 molds divided into 30 pieces in cartons equal to 46.5 cartons.

So 100 meters long multiplied by 14 equals with 1400 molds.

Calculate the weight:
By multiplying the number of brick molds required per weight of each mold, the weight of the bricks used is calculated per 100 square meters.

Example for 100 square meters:

II) 1400 * 900 grams equals 1260 kg.

How to calculate 1 meter length of brick bricks

I L 5.5 cm I

Calculating number of bricks:
Each 18 molds with joints are 1 meter long.

To calculate, first repeat the area in 18 times and divide the amount into the number of bricks in the carton.

Example for 100 meters long:

I) 1800 molds divided into 40 pieces in cartons equal to 45 cartons.

So 100 meters long multiplied by 18 equals with 1800 molds.

Calculate the weight:
By multiplying the number of brick molds required per weight of each mold, the weight of the bricks used is calculated per 100 square meters.

Example for 100 square meters:

II) 1800 * 690 grams equals 1242 kg.
